The Bernabéu thrills with the FIFA World Cup Trophy on its only stop in Spain

Last Saturday, the Bernabéu hosted the original FIFA World Cup Trophy in an event where thousands of fans had the chance to get close to and take pictures with the iconic award during its only stop in Spain as part of the Coca-Cola FIFA World Cup 2026™ Trophy Tour.

The Bernabéu pitch was transformed into a space of more than 3,600 square meters where the public shifted from spectators to protagonists with 5 simultaneous pitches and various interactive challenges, showcasing the many ways to drive a team to victory.

Real Madrid legend and 2002 World Cup champion Roberto Carlos inaugurated the event, which also featured top streamers such as Ibai Llanos, the Trophy Tour ambassador in Spain, as well as Marina Rivers, Guanyar, and David Suarez, who took on the role of selectors for a day.

One of the day's highlights was the final of the 3 x 3 tournament, which saw a team of fans face off against a team of streamers and content creators.

This was the only opportunity for Spanish fans to see up close the most coveted prize in world football, made of solid gold, which will be lifted by the winner of the 2026 World Cup on July 19.
